How much does it cost to ship solar panels?
Most of our kits are sent via truck in a pallet box with a 72"x48" footprint. Freight shipping cost varies from $400-$800 depending on your location and proximity to transport hubs. Due to how Wix calculates shipping, any website orders containing panels will not bill accurately, we will reach out with either a second bill or refund based on the actual shipping cost to your location. For best results and a clear price before you commit, we suggest reaching out to us directly for a quote.
Can you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, no. Currently we are only able to ship within the continental United States. The shipping costs and complications that come with shipping lithium batteries internationally or outside of the continental US is currently just too high.
If you are based outside the country, or outside the continental US in states and territories, such as Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, we will not be able to ship an order to you directly. If you have an address within the continental US where you can receive your order, and then coordinate shipping to the final destination yourself, we are happy to do that.
What are the dimensions of your solar panels?
We only stock high-power residential panels, as they're the best in quality, efficiency, and price. Most of our panels are roughly 3' by 5', but the actual dimensions vary. Here is a list of our current selection of panels, and their actual dimensions.

Can you do my install for me?
We have moved away from doing installs ourselves so that we can focus on sales and design. We do provide a laminated wiring diagram and customer support with every kit we sell to help you install the equipment yourself. If you would rather have a professional do your install, and you live in the Portland area, we recommend checking out our friends over at Off Grid Solutions PDX or Nomadik Customs.
Do you accept returns?
We have a no-questions-asked return policy within 30 days for items that are unused and in good enough condition to be re-sold. Buyer must pay shipping, except on defective items. After 30 days a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We can accept cash, checks, credit cards, and wire transfers, but for larger orders we prefer direct bank wire transfers, and we offer a discount for wire payments. Our payment options and their associated discounts and/or fees are:
Bank Wire Transfer - 1.25% DISCOUNT on all orders paid by wire
Cash - 1% DISCOUNT on all orders for paying by cash in store
Personal Check - 1% DISCOUNT on all orders, Check MUST clear before goods can be shipped out or picked up, so checks cannot be used for same-day pickup.
Credit or Debit Card - a 2% processing FEE applies to all orders over $3000 paid by card.
All products are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. We will be your first point of contact on any warranty and will help you through the process. Products are also covered by our 30-day money back guarantee. Restocking fees may apply if after 30 days.
